Not showing published with Direct Query base

I have a Dashboard with which I obtained information with direct Query since it needs continuous updating, I have the access gateway, however at the time of publishing it the information does not appear showing me the following message: "Unable to connect with the data source. The reason is that the data source is inaccessible, the connection time has expired, or the data source credentials are invalid. Check the data source settings on the dataset settings page and contact a data source administrator to troubleshoot the issue." And I don't know what to do to show them, I require support please

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,

Based on the error information, try to check the credentials for the data source are correct.

Then, verify that the data source is accessible from the machine where the gateway is installed.
