Not receiving notifications

Hi,

When someone replies to a post which i have contributes to or if someone marks my response as Answer, i am not receing any notification e-mail.  I have noticed this problem only since Saturday.  Till before that, i was receiving regulat notification e-mails.  I have not changed any setting anywhere.

Is anyone else facing the same problem?

The problem got resolved yesterdat but has recurred today.  By the way, i have received no e-mail notifications for this thread at all.  I just happened to click on this thread and saw all responses.  I have not received any e-mail notification for this post - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/How-Can-I-Count-Breaks-in-a-Pattern/m-p/624849#M298452.

This thread about Notifications not working is a prime example. It's only because I went into "My Subscriptions" and noticed this was bold that I new there had been any activity, but I did not recieve any email notifications and when I visit this forum I see "0 Notifications" even though there are many threads (including this one) where there have been replies since I last viewed them.

I have not had any notifications on the site or any email notifications since Saturday Feb 16th.

Hi @Ashish_Mathur and @d_gosbell , if you have a moment, could you provide specific links to posts where you didn't receive notifications for a comment, etc? This will help our platform provider to better troubleshoot the issue.

Yes, I'm seeing a similar issue. I answered a question on Saturday, and when I just went and checked there is a response there that I did not get notified about and the notifications working on Friday.
