Good morning
I'm having a problem with a Bi File that doesn't really weigh much and the information is little compared to other reports I found researching out there, the problem is that it doesn't load me with most of the visuals, I get the message:
And as you can see in the image almost all objects encounter that problem.
I was doing some research and read that I should use variables (VAR) to call the calculations in the case of performing the same calculation several times in a single calculation, but reviewing my formulas I do not understand very well how to make that change, since I only call the calculation once.
I already researched in several places and I can not find the solution, I think it also has to do with the capacity of my Laptop, since when I open the File on my office partner's PC, he can visualize everything in a normal way (sometimes an object is blocked, but not almost all as in my case), So the truth is that I am very confused about this issue, please, I hope you can help me, if you need any additional information, I will immediately send it to you.
Postscript, I attach the Bi file, in case it is needed. From now on I am very grateful for your time dedicated
Hi @jsalassan ,
Here's the some suggestions about optimizing the report.
1. Ensure that you have only necessary columns, delete those columns that are not necessary.
2. If you are running Power BI 32-bit (click "File" and then "About" in desktop to find out), then I would suggest uninstalling and installing a 64-bit version.
3.Go to the "Options" and then find the "Data Cache Management Options", clear cache or increase the "maximum allowed" figure.
4.Try to optimize the DAX based on the following blogs:
DAX Best Practices | MAQ Software Insights
Power BI Desktop Memory Issue Resolution - Part 2 - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community
Optimizing DAX expressions involving multiple measures - SQLBI

Good morning
Sorry for the delay in responding, I was making all the points indicated according to your comment, with the exception of point 4, I did not understand very well how to optimize my DAX calculations, since they are simple calculations (addition, addition with filter, multiplications, divisions), I eliminated the columns that are not necessary and now update the report faster that if, but I keep blocking the visualizers due to lack of memory, I don't know what else to do
Thanks a lot.
