Not all rows importing from sql server database

I am trying to load a sql server table into power bi and all the rows are not loading. Ive looked to see if there were any differences between the rows that loaded and the ones that did not, but there is not a rhyme or reason. Ive also tried importing using advanced options and using a query to grab a specific record that is in the table but wont load to power bi and it still doesnt load. Has any else had this issue?

Based on your information, it seems that you cannot load the specific rows in one table from SQL Server in Power BI. 

I still have a little confused about your scenario. Do you have any error message when you load the table or some rows missed after the loading but no error message?

By my test with the latest version of Power BI Desktop, everything works as expected (import and direct query). Please check if you have installed the latest version of Power BI Desktop.

In addition, if you data size is very large, please check if you data source hit this limitations.

Thanks for responding. There isnt an error message. After researching, I found that this was an issue and had to download an update version of powerbi
