Not able to Fetch more than 1000 rows when connecting with API endpoint.

I am trying to connect data from data.lacity.org through SODA API endpoint but I am only able to fetch first 1000 rows but I want whole data of year 2017. Please suggest me ASAP! Also, I am using Licensed version of Power BI desktop.

Are you only looking at this data in the Query Editor?  If so, getting the sample 1000 rows is normal.  You would get all of the rows when you select 'Close and Apply'

I even tried that as well but its still showing only 1000 rows!

Have you got any documentation for that site and their API?  Could there be a reason on their side where it only returns 1000 rows?
