What am I missing? Why can't I see the fx option?

The Conditional Formatting fx button is not available if you are plotting multiple series. To access it you need one series on the Axis and one in the Values to be able to use the Conditional Formatting fx button

@bgonen if you are using multiple measures then you will not have fx option and seems like that is the case in your scenario.
