New Scorecard Visual not connecting to a scorecard

Good afternoon all, I hope someone can help me. 

 

In the November release there is now a preview for a scorecard visual. This got me very excited and I have now made my first Test Scorecard in Service. 

 

In Desktop, when I drop in the new scorecard visual and try to connect to an existing scorecard no scorecards are showing.  Am I missing something obvious? My scorecard definitely exists (and I can connect to its dataset from desktop), but I can't see it when I try to connect this visual.

 

As an alternative, I have tried to Create a New Scorecard through the visual but the option to create a workspace is greyed out.

 

We have a pro license, not premium if that makes a difference?!

 

Any help is gratefully received.

This issue has been confirmed as a known issue internally.  ETA_for_Fix :12/5/2021

Please be patient to wait for fixing. If there is any news, I will update it here.

Hi Janey, it appears that the issue is still there, has this been fixed? I can't seem to connect to any existing scorecard, it appears blank even though I do have a few scorecards in my workspace. Please advise. Thanks.

Hello. This is still an issue for me, both in Desktop and App. Any news on this fix?
