New Filters & Text Boxes Not Updating on Workspace

I solved it. I didn't realize you could republish a report from the dashboard and "override" the current online workspace while still maintaining the original links shared with people. I was deleting the old one then republishing all over again which is why I was looking for a different way to update the text and such than publishing. Thanks everyone!

Super UserNo, unfortunately, there is no real way around that. You should make changes in the desktop changes and then publish those to the web version (because it's more difficult to sync the other way around).
