New Data Source

Since the data source changed, the server loads the raw data type unformatted (as text), therefore the query does not read the data, it removed the pre-existing dax measures and take hours to update the tables after any attempt to update the report.   Thought welcome. Then, this change break all my reports.  Thanks in advance

Hi @Anonymous ,

Did you view any error in query editor?

are you not able to do the appropriate transformations on the current change to the data source?  Unless i misunderstand your question.  If the data source changes you will need to apply the appropriate data types, i am not sure how it removed your dax measures but i think they probably just throwing an error, can you give an example of what is happening?

If I took the time to answer your question and I came up with a solution, please mark my post as a solution and /or give kudos freely for the effort 🙂 Thank you!
