Needing assistance with Dax formula
Hi, I'm relatively new to using power bi and I was wondering if you'd be able to provide some tips or recommendations. I am currently operating off of a query from an ERP system. I'm looking to calculate the percent of spend for all of our minority owned vendors by fiscal year. Based on the cards on the screen shot, this would be procurement spend by overall spend and then being able to see the percentage breakdown by year and certification type (female owned, african american owned, and asian owned. I had to import an excel sheet so that I'm not using the same fields. However, my formula still keeps returning a circular dependency, see screen shot below. I'm not entirely sure how to format the formula to include the filters or how to navigate this without replicating the spend column.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
