Need to use visual level filtered values as inputs for a measure dynamically

Hi Team,

I have values that I obtain using a direct query and use certain visual level filters to show them on my report.

I need to perform a percentage difference calculation using these filtered values. 

ie (Total Tickets-PrevTickets/total Tickets)

I cant filter the direct query but try use the filtered values using visual level filters

I also need to show a total for data labels obtained on a bar graph.

Total for this bar graph.

Can someone guide me on how to perform this task

Do you want to show the difference percentage base on the filtered values of visual-level filter dynamically? Could you please provide the formula of your measure and expected result with examples or screenshots? By the way, what do you mean for "a total" in the following paragraph? It is better if you can provide your sample pbix file(exclude sensitive data). Thank you.
