Need to get a count of the offices that have not approved their items

Ok, I'm getting started in on thids PowerBi Reporting and I have a I think basic question:

 

I have a column that list the offices

offices:
1

2

3

4

5

etc

 

and then I have a column that shows approval:

Yes

No


I want to get a count for each office their # of No approvals ... So I can report on the offices that are not approving their items.

any and all help is appriciated.

You can just create a measure that counts the rows in your approval column. Then add Office, Approval, and the count measure to a matrix and it should show:
Office Yes No

A        ##    ##

B.. etc.

do u have a sample, as I tried it tells me that the column is Booleen

I'm not getting the Rows, Columns, Value

how do I get those to show up?

 

 

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking. Those are the available fields in the matrix visual.

I do not have 

Rows

Columns

Values

 

Showing.

 

How do I get that to show All I get is Filters...
