Can anyone let me know how to convert

Need to convert this DAX query to SQL

IF(COUNTROWS(FILTER('Fund Flow','Fund Flow'[NET_PERCENT_1D] < -0.02)) = 0,BLANK(),COUNTROWS(FILTER('Fund Flow','Fund Flow'[NET_PERCENT_1D] < -0.02)))

SELECT 
    CASE 
        WHEN 
            COUNT(CASE WHEN [NET_PERCENT_1D] < -0.02 THEN 1 END) = 0 
        THEN 
            NULL 
        ELSE 
            COUNT(CASE WHEN [NET_PERCENT_1D] < -0.02 THEN 1 END) 
    END AS [2% Net Outflows] 
FROM 
    [Fund Flow]
