Need to convert this DAX query to SQL

        WHEN 
            COUNT(CASE WHEN [NET_PERCENT_1D] < -0.02 THEN 1 END) = 0 
        THEN 
            NULL 
        ELSE 
            COUNT(CASE WHEN [NET_PERCENT_1D] < -0.02 THEN 1 END) 
    END AS [2% Net Outflows] 
FROM 
    [Fund Flow]
