Need to build a graph based on % of Row total

So I want to create identical graph in Power BI as I did in Excel. As you see I used % of Row Total. Threre is no such option in Power BI.

I found topics with similar issue, but solutions didn't help me, or maybe I didn't follow the logic.

@Anonymous you can surely write a DAX measure and achieve the goal. If you can share sample data in excel or preferred pbix file wiht expected result, will get you the solution.
