Need to add the color on font from dataset column value

Hello Guys.

I want to add the color on font value using the column value.

please see the data set table in query editor.

this table I want to color as per the field values in matrix visuallization.

Do you want to configure conditional formatting on the first column values and third column values according to the second column values? If so, this is not supported in Power BI Desktop, there is an idea about this issue, you can vote it up.
