Need some help with Measures

SUM IF Example.jpgI have my excel HC file.
On teh basis of my excel dataset, i have this pivot that shows employees month on month. Each employee is presented by a number. 1 means that employee is in the HC in that period.

In front of the Pivot, there is a table with SUMIF formula, If there is no employee in coming month, it shows <OUT>.

If there is a new employee, it shows <IN>.

How can i create this in Power BI? I have managed to crate the Pivot version in MATRIX Visualization. Is there a way to add a measure? I am not very good with measures or DAX. Just started using Power BI.

Thanks

@AyeshaLash Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
