hi all,
I have a number of late items expressed as a percentage. (20%)
With a KPI of 10%.
Whats the best way to display this?
Ive tried Gauge but its kind of odd as its so much white space in the gauge.
Any suggestions on how to display this better?

You can use clustered column chart where you can compare your actual result with the reference kpi

Hi,
I suggest that you use Card with conditional formatting.
- Use conditionnal formatting to change font/background (Ex. If > KPI "green" else "Red"
You can use as well bar with a target line ( here your target line is 10% and actual value is 20%)
If you have history of performance over time, you can use combo chart.
Hope my answer help !
I would use a bullet chart, you find on the store o visuals, from Microsoft
