Need help with matrix layout

Question

Hi,I want a matrix layout to look like following:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I am facing two issues in acheiving the above layout1.&nbsp; I don't want the values to get summarized ( I know I can have the values in rows for them not to summarize, but then I can't have the corresponding value row headers 'Number of members' &amp; 'Vacancy shortfall')2.&nbsp; I don't know how to split columns say 'Program1' column is split into 'Number of members' &amp; 'Vacancy shortfall'.&nbsp;Thanks in advance,Meena

It seems that you may just add two measures to Values.
