Need help with Graphical Visualization

Hi there,
Thanks in advance.
I want to create a graph in which on x axis there should 2 values one which will always exist when nothing will be clicked in table such as PROFIT AFTER TAX and other value should be displayed on that graph when some field is clicked on table.

Suppose, country name should be displayed on x label and on y axis actual, budget and projection these values are given. Value of Profit after tax should always be visible when nothing is clicked in table when some field or value is clicked that should be displayed instead of profit after tax and when unchoose the field or value from the table then it display profit after tax in that graph. I am using Clustered Column Chart.

@WaleedBinAli , I would advise exploring field parameters in Power BI. Bit different but can solve the purpose

Just let me know can we specifically assign a slicer only to graph. Where it change only the values in graph not on whole page.
And the field parameters are good will use when i will update my Bi.
