Need help with DAX

So here is my problem. I am trying to compare the future budget of the remaining days in this month with the average revenue for past days.So the whole table is filtered from today to the end of the month. However the average should only filtered by the day of the week. The average should be based on the data from last 4 weeks.

 Here is an example of my table:

 My measure was like this: Past Daily AVG PMT=DIVIDE([Total PMT],DISTINCTCOUNT('Complete WO'[DateKey]))

So my question is: How to include only 4 weeks of data and how to make this measure not afftected by date filter other than day of the week?
