Need help for tables

Hi , please help me for this simplified problems

Basically i would like, if people choose PP32016 in the slicer, the column shows abc, refer to image 2.

and ip people choose PP562018 in the slicer, the column shows bcd, refer to image 2

I find out that power BI doesnt let you have 2 active relationship from 1 table to 2 tables that have partially same information

Can you help me with this?

Image 2 shows from left to right table 1 , 2 , and 3

the lower table is table 4
