Need help for converting a tableau report to powerbi

Hi,
I'm new to tableau and my client has requirement to convert the tableau report in powerbi. In the tableau report I see a number of parameters created which is being used for row level security. I'm not sure how those can be replicated in powerbi. Could someone please help with that?

Have your client explain the business requirements to you.  Implement them in Power BI.  Don't waste your time trying to "convert" anything. The reason that these different BI solutions exist is because they are different.
