Need access to analytics on TFS to use PowerBI Desktop

Who do we need to talk to to get access to this preview.

What is strange is that it worked 2 months ago. I was able to connect from desktop and start making reports/dashboards.

But 2 revs later and it says it cannot getData. Seems like it logs in, then I get a 500 Server Error.

Details: "Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://xxxxx.analytics.visualstudio.com/ProjectName/_odata/Projects' (500): Internal Server Error" (I changed some url info for security purposes)

I said I would do projections on a large multi year project.

Thanks,

Mary

Hi @mac8008,

I'd like to suggest you use excel to connect TFS, then use power bi to import data from excel file.
