I have a column chart I want to show the Risk Score on the Y Axis and the Title of the Risk on the X axis. Power BI always wants to SUM, Count, average, etc the values in the Y-Axis and I just want the actual value to appear. If I use the SUM option as a work around this "technically works" but I feel this is Cheating...I have screen shots of what appear to be older Power BI Desktop that lets you choose dont summarize above the options to Sum Average etc. Does that no longer exist? I just want the actual risk score value to appear on the Y axis and the Title Value to appear on the X axis below. SUM technically gets me there but this creates issues. I have a gauge visual as well and when the column chart loads it selects all of the bars causing the gauge to show the SUM which is off until you select a bar.

Power BI aggregates numbers by default, which can be annoying when you just want to display them as they are.
Risk Score Display = SELECTEDVALUE('YourTable'[Risk Score])
This makes sure that only the actual value is shown, avoiding any unwanted aggreagtions.
I hope this helps. 😊
Thanks looks like that did the trick. The Field was a number and at the top was teh Don't Summarize dropdown on the column tools. The column tools menu will not appear if you don't first select the column (I was clicking on the visual and looking at the Y axis value dropdown like my screenshot which was incorrect. Thanks for the help.
