Need Help in visualizing

Hi All,
I am building HR dashboard for my organization and I have stuck at a road block and need you're wisdom to solve this.

Question: I am collecting timesheet data of all employees working on different projects and tasks in a week. I want to segment the employees based on their overtime hours (0-2.5 OT hours, 2.5-5 hours, 5-10 hours, 10+ hours) and want to track which employee is spending how much time on a particular task and project. 

 

My current state: I have successfully able to create the Overtime hours segments using Group by on Employee names and end of week custom column( see pic attached). But I am unable to retrieve which employee has worked, how many hours on each project in that particular week. Any help to get the solution would be really helpful.

Note: Time sheet data table is the fact table from the CRM.

      Thank you for coming forward to help. 

      I am sorry, I cannot share the data due to confidentiality. 

       

      I can help answering you to understand about the data structure in the fact table. 

       

      Every employee works on different tasks on a particular project spending X hours. In a day, an employee works on different tasks of a project/s. The date is recorded as Trasaction date and hours are recorded as Total Hours. 

       

      I have made a separate group by table from the fact table to segment employees into different OT categories. Since group by staff table is derived from the fact table it has many to many relationship.
