Need Help for To add feature of top n number dynamically

Hi every one 
in my dashboard i want to add a featute like user can decide the top N number for stacked bar chart what ever the number may be 
i want to give that type of option 
can you guys help me for this.

In case stacked TOP can only be for legend or for axis.  for axis you may need a measure to remove the legend filter
