Need Date , Intime and Outtime in Different boxes but in same row Please help

i have Date , Intime ,Outtime, Total hours  in sub Row , i want to keep it this in table formate like Date in one Box , Intime in another box and out time  in different box but in same row .attached is the data image please help me with output .I want this details in different box butin same row please help.
