Hi All
i have a stack bar chart , i am unable to sort by sales amount. may i know why ?

Your chart is alreday sorted by SALES metric. You can test it out as follows:
Remove CUSTOMER NAME from legend part, you get the following chart which is sorted by SALES in descending order:
Now when you move the CUSTOMER NAME as the legend, the sorting stays same:
Compare the highlighted X-axis in both the above charts which are in same order with Legend and without Legend. This suggestes they are sorted by sales metric.
The chart is confusing because you are using a Stacked Column Chart which is showing a distribution of every CUSTOMER within a GROUP CLASS.
