My Table 3 count number customer by CLASS only produce 1 column data ?

Hi All

My below expression can produce Table 1 with 3 column of data on sales amount which correct :-

_Segment sales_SGD_1 = CALCULATE([SALES SGD],

FILTER(ADDCOLUMNS(VALUES(SALES[Customer Name]),

"ABCD",CALCULATE(divide([SALES SGD],'RATE'[_rate]),CALCULATETABLE(VALUES(SALES[Customer Name])))),

COUNTROWS(FILTER(Brackets,

[abcd]>=Brackets[ Lower ]&&[ABCD]<=Brackets[ Upper ]))>0))

My below expression can produce Table 2 with 3 column of data in GP %  which correct , with the help from @PC2790 :-

_Segment GP_SGD_1 = CALCULATE([GP SALES %],

FILTER(ADDCOLUMNS(VALUES(SALES[Customer Name]),

"ABCD",CALCULATE(divide([SALES_],'RATE'[_rate]),CALCULATETABLE(VALUES(SALES[Customer Name])))),

COUNTROWS(FILTER(Brackets,

[abcd]>=Brackets[ Lower ]&&[ABCD]<=Brackets[ Upper ]))>0))

Hope some one can advise me where i go wrong ?

Above 3 table report when i select SOURCE = PM , The table 3 only produce 1 column , But if i select SOURCE = TA , Table 3 can produce 3 column correct report. as below :-

I can't open this pbix file because of the large data. 

I have create a simple example. Please have a look.

Then I put it in Matrix table. It looks like below.

I would filter the data.

This happens because only the condition >5000 is met in PM.
