Multiple page reports
I have a report that has multiple pages. One of those pages has three visuals and each visuals is associated with bookmark that gets switched based on that button is clicked on this page. Since this report has multiple pages i would like when user click on this page that visual associated with bookmark#2 gets shows. As or right now it is showing bookmark#1. Each buttons loads different bookmark and online I keep finding solution that says to go to Bookmark pane and select default but there is no option for that.
Hi,
There isn’t a built-in “Default” option for report-level bookmarks in Desktop. The “default” feature you’ve seen probably applies to personal bookmarks in Service.
Agian for the question, in Desktop you can apply the state you want for Bookmark #2 (correct visuals visible) and update Bookmark #2 by right-clicking and then Update. Save the report while Bookmark #2 is active.
When you publish, the report will open in that state by default.
