Multiple formatting options in one measure

Hi community,

I am trying to create one measure for a P&L dashboard that combines integers and percentages. The problem I am facing is the following: as I am from Europe, I want the decimal separator in the form of a comma (,) and the thousand separator in the form of a dot (.). However, I can only get the integers formatted correctly.

I have attached the formula that I use for the measure. As you can see, I don't use the format function on the integers, but I do use the format function to get the percentages to show. In the second picture, you can see the output. Using the format formula I get a dot for the decimal separator and I am not able to change this to a comma. Does anybody know how to format the percentages so that the decimal separator is a comma, whilst keeping the integers as-is?

Thanks!
