Multiple filters on COUNTAX measure?

I am trying to figure out how to use COUNTAX with multiple filters. Seems like only one is permitted. Would I use CALCULATE? I tried finding other posts but none seemed appropriate.

This is the code I have so far but only get red lines if I try to add another filter. Thanks.

_M_EmpAdvActiveCountax =
COUNTAX(
        FILTER(
                AdvisorPerformance,
                AdvisorPerformance[Employee.Employee Type]="Advisor"
                ),
        AdvisorPerformance[Employee.rfc_id]
)
