Multiple Tooltips in TABLE Visual not working

I have a simple table with 3 columns and I want to show a different tooltip for each column.

 

I have enabled Modern Visual Tooltips in settings.

 

I can get multiple tooltips to work with a Matrix when I follow this example:

But I can't get it to work with a table.

 

Does the multiple tooltips for one visual only work for a Matrix or does it work for a table and I just haven't set it up correctly?

    Andrewdj It's probably more about how table's work versus matrixes. When you hover over a matrix cell, just the cell gets highlighted but with a table, the entire row gets highlighted. So that's why.
