Multiple Slicer Question

This is PowerBI file link for the download: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fPKTdqY03QBblvolIjpbQzI8GfKI0moX/view?usp=sharing

Now my question is that i am working on the two table "Beam", "Column" Now i want to get the One slicer as "Beam", "Column" as Element and after if I select the "Beam" then in second slicer "It's Reference Level" column's distinct value and from that filter the beam table.

Same if in One Slicer I select the "Column" then in the Second Slicer shown distinct value of the Base level column of the Column table.

Note : In the Second Slicer the value is dynamic and use the Reference Column of the Beam table and Base Level column of the Column table.

Twist is that if in second slicer some value would be same in the Beam and Column table In "First Floor" Value of the second slicer means that if i filter the Beam in First slicer and First Floor in the second Slicer then it plot or filter the  "Beam" table and not a Column tabel because i selected the "Beam" in the first slicer.

For the practical view in the snapshot below

Left one is the "Beam" table and Right one is the "Column" table
