Example, is it possible to have a sales manager
I have a mapping table that shows me region and type of sales. Fake scenario here.
This is fine when I am applying roles to regional managers (US, Canada) and a sales manager (Toys and Books). So one for Toys, one for Books etc.
But I have an issue where I havve a manager that is responsible for US region and also sales Toys.
I have one user who is a dual role, Canada Manager, and a Books Manager.
So when he logs in, he wants to be able to switch between seeing
1. Canada Manager (all of Canada and sales of Toys and Books)
2. Toys Manager (US and Canada and only toy sales)
Is this possible in RLS and how would I acheive it? I have tried applying him as Canada and Toys and all that does is apply a filter to only Canada Toys.

Hi ap,
So your requirement is two create a manager role which can see either contents which are belong to Canada Manager or contents which are belong to Books Manager, right? You should multiple columns(e.g.: [Common Manager], [Grand Manager]). For more info or details, refer to this blog: Dynamic Row Level Security with Organizational Hierarchy Power BI.
Hope it's helpful to you.
