Multiple Layered Table

I wanted to import vulnerability information from Qualys but when i imported it, i found out there are thousands of entries (each entry for every device). The table had a column Detection list, where each row had the hyperlink Table which opened  another table with the hyperlinked word Table, which opened the vulnerability information for the particular device.

How do i make a report from the vulnerabile information of each and every device?
