Hi lovermann,

 

With the latest version of Power BI Desktop(July 2017 Update), we should be able to use the new rename fields feature to rename the header name for the table visual. Could you go to check if it helps in your scenario? :smileyhappy:

Thank you for your reply, but now I'm not sure I explained my problem well.

 

My business problem is to transform manually-filled-excel-file-reports-system to automatic solution using PBI. The problem is that client is not ready to accept new visual form of reports (they have been using their system for many years), that's why I'm trying to make the true copy (visually) of existing reports they're using.

 

Sure, I can use given dashboard functionality (for ex. pages) to distract reports into several pages and solve the problem, but it'll be difficult to persuade client to accept new forms.

 

There're plenty of forms, where colums are simple +  divided into two-or-more sub-columns. So my question is about flexibility of PBI in creation of custom forms/tables.
