Modify Semantic Model created from Sharepoint
I have a list in Sharepoint and we added it to PowerBI to analyze its data. I did not create the powerbi file; but I am told it was created using the Integration tool in Sharepoint and then selecting "PowerBi", Visualize List. Now, one of the columns is not loading data and we know it is populated. This column actually is a lookup column, so it stores ID's and the values is somewhere else. We reviewed the semantic model and can see the column we are interested in; but nothing in it. So we tried to modified it and it is not letting us modigy the Semantic Model. Is it possible to modify those Semantic Models created with this process?

No, that semantic model is not editable.
You can ignore that and create your own, connecting to the same SharePoint list.
NOTE: Lookup columns are always annoying. Expanding them is costly. Avoid where possible.

No, Semantic Models created via SharePoint's Power BI Integration cannot be directly modified in Power BI Service or Desktop. These models are auto-generated and locked for changes.
However, you can work around this by:
Solution 1: Rebuild the Report in Power BI Desktop
- Go to Power BI Service → Open the report.
- Click More options (three dots) → Export → Power BI (PBIX) File.
- If this option is disabled, SharePoint-generated datasets do not allow exporting.
- Open the exported PBIX file in Power BI Desktop.
- Click Transform Data → Load the SharePoint list manually via SharePoint Online Connector.
- Include the lookup table and create a relationship.
