Missing date hierarchy

Hi all,

i read through some threats but none seems to do the trick for me.

I have following situation....

top needs to look like the bottomtop needs to look like the bottom

The setup seems similar. I added a calender table and linked accounting date with a one to many relation but still i am not showing a hierarchy.

I need it so that i can use it for sameperiod daxes.

Help is much appreciated

thanks in advance

BR,

Paul

Hi @Anonymous

Have you marked your date table as a date table?

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-date-tables

The Idea of using date table is that you use the columns in the date table rater then hierarchies, try the below.

https://radacad.com/create-a-date-dimension-in-power-bi-in-4-steps-step-1-calendar-columns
