Missing data due to a filter

medlalami I guess the relationship between calendar and resolved date is inactive and you need to use userelationship

 

Categories = 
VAR _var = CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS(Problems),
    USERELATIONSHIP(Problems[Category], Categories[category_name]),
    USERELATIONSHIP(Problems[ResolveDate], CalendarTable[Date])
)
RETURN
IF(ISBLANK(_var), 0, _var)
