Missing Insert ribbon

I have power bi desktop ver 2.99.862.0  I only have the following 3 options on my ribbon  " File Home Help". How do I get the insert option? Thanks...

Hi Anonymous ,

 

Go to the Report View. The insert option will come out.

This is because the insert option is normally used to insert visuals and other elements.
