Microsoft SQL: Integrated Security not supported.
Hi,
Overview: I am trying to make changes to an existing report that is getting data from fabric warehouse. I am not the owner of the report, but I have admin access to the workspace from where the data is comming.
Anyone have any idea how to solve this problem? See the image below,
note:
1. I am the workspace admin
2. I have tried creating a new query using the same connection, it didn't work. getting the same error message.
3. My desktop app is from MS store, so it is updated.
Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Thanks for the answer. But I figured it out. I was using windows cred mistakenly. We need to use Microsoft account credentials. That was a silly mistake.

Hi @rubayatyasmin ,
Integrated Security in Microsoft SQL Server is used to establish a connection to the database using the current user's Windows credentials. However, when working with certain connections, like DirectQuery in Power BI or accessing external data sources in Fabric, Integrated Security might not be supported or behave differently.
Hope it helps!
