Merging Data with same column header but different column orders.

Hi everyone, been struggling figuring out why would power query not combine headers with the same name from multiple excel files. The orders of columns is not the same, but I thought power query combines based on header name? TYA!

I think append is one you want to try and is that giving this issue?

I'm trying to append all excel files from a folder (source is folder).
