@Anonymous in PQ, select all column and then from menu select keep errors, it will give you the rows with the error and will help you to determine which column is causing it.

@Anonymous PQ determines the data type of the columns based on the first 200 rows and seems like one of your columns has a data type that is incompatible with the value in the column. You have to check which column is that (manually) and fix the data type of the column.
For example, a column with the first 200 rows has a number value and the type of the column is set to decimal and then there is a text value in this column, in this case, you will get an error.
