Merge tables gives Data Source Error URL Length Exceed

I

When we try to merge two data tables (One Odata Project & other Assignemnt Odata) using Power Querry it gives following  Data Source Error URL Length Exceed . 

At the time of Merge we are doing a Inner Joing between both the tables and when we try to do a left join the merge works.
