Why is the "OK" Button Dissabled when I try to merge these two tables? Please help me

Please select the columns from both the tables on which you want to perform join.

In your case, you don't need to use Merge, you need to use Append queries in order to have them both as one table.
check how to append queries https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/append-queries
