Merge Column while Concatenate Its Rows

Hello everyone, I need to do this. That was definitively what i suggest as a solution, but thats how I am able to get the data now.

* data comes from multiple tables

* need to merge names

* rows that are merge through names column need to be summed

Any suggestion?
