Merge Column Names

Good morning!  Is it possible to create a merged column?

I want a column above the column headers that says "DT Impacting OR" and then "Line Stop Downtime"

I'm not fully sure how to do this?!

Little trick you need to apply, create a title of the visual "DT Impacting OR Line Stop Downtime"
Then remove the same text from the Matrix visual value section
