Measures Extraction

Dear All!

We have thousands of Materials with their prices over the time (Since 3 Years ago and continuing...) like below:

And we created a measured table includes 8 measures (1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, 1 Quarter, 6 Months, 1 Year, 2 Years and 3 Years) which shows the price differential PERCENTAGE during the mentioned measures, like below:

(The red cells are Negative values)

Now, we need a slicer for Percentage values, something like below:

And also we need a dropdown list, like below:

The result is:

If we select a range between (-10) to (+15) in the upper slicer and select (1 Week) in the drop-down, it should list all materials that have been changed in their price between (-10) to (+15) percent comparing the today price with the (1 Week) ago price in the table,
