Measure

 Hi i have problem to crate a measure that sums up the values from the Startquantity column for each MoNmber but only for the smallest OperationNumber.  So i only want the Startquantity to sum up row 1 ,4, and 7.

@Ronning , You have to add index column or nested index column in power query and then filter that

You can try this method:

New a measure:

SumMin =
VAR _table =
    SUMMARIZE (
        'Table',
        'Table'[MONumber],
        'Table'[StartQuantity],
        "MINON",
            CALCULATE (
                MIN ( 'Table'[OperationNumber] ),
                FILTER ( 'Table', 'Table'[MONumber] )
            )
    )
RETURN
    SUMX ( _table, [StartQuantity] )

The result is:
